CLOUDS 9 Our take on a Strong Belgium Golden, it has a bubblegum aroma from the Belgian Farmhouse yeast. In true Belgian fashion, this beer walks the line between residual sweetness & an alcohol punch, which makes it easy to forget you’re drinking a 9% beer. 9% ABV, 30 IBU
HOP J.A.M. Our NC style IPA (yeah, we just made that up) is dry-hopped twice with a generous combination of Jarrylo, Amarillo, & Mosaic hops. This IPA is all about fruity hop flavor & aroma, with very little bitterness. (Bronze Medal 2018 American Brewers Palate) 6.3% ABV, 45 IBU

ONE EYE Hybrid English-American Pale Ale brewed with imported British pale malts & generously dry hopped with East Kent Goldings + Cascade hops. 5.5% ABV, 35 IBU
MIDNIGHT DELIGHT A nitro stout combination of chocolate malt & cacao nibs provides a rich dark chocolate flavor, while a generous amount of Lactose provides a wonderful creaminess. 6.7% ABV, 41 IBU

Tired of Pumpkin beer? We baked 100 pounds of North Carolina grown sweet potatoes, and then used a blow torch to caramelize some of the sugars. This robust porter has a medium body, light roast flavor and a clean finish.
DOPPLER BOCK 7.5% ABV, 20 IBU
A big beer with a wonderful chocolate and toffee malt flavors. The Dopplebock style is attributed to German monks, who brewed this liquid bread to sustain them through periods of fasting.
42nd STREET OYSTER STOUT 5.8% ABV, 42 IBU
This beer is a collaboration with the 42nd Street Oyster Bar, which is located across the street from our Raleigh restaurant. The Oyster bar supplied the oyster shells and brine that went into the kettle. The resulting beer is a full bodied American Stout with just a hint saltiness.
FIRST IN FLIGHT 3.4% ABV, 3 IBU
Our Berliner Weisse was kettle soured for 48 hours using live lactobacillus cultures. Referred to as “the Champagne of the North”, this tart wheat beer is extremely refreshing. We also offer this beer premixed with various fruit purees.
