This sparkling beer showcases a prominent hop bitterness with a mellow malt sweetness. the clarity is amazing on this beer. we utilize a special filter method to make sure the look is as good as the taste.

Most people think of czech style pilsners, but the southern german pilsner that we make is highly sought after for german festivals. The medium range alcohol content allows this to make a great paring with standard bar food such as pizza and fries.

This is beer is a 2019 bronze medal winner at the carolina championship of beer. as one of our core beers, we have been making this one since 2016. you may have noticed the outer label on the cans and bottles has changed over time, but the flavor inside remains the same.

In 2018 we began experimenting with gluten removal. Although we cannot guarantee 100% of gluten removed, we do have the process down to remove 99% or more of the gluten. This beer, like many of our other lagers is now labeled as gluten removed(GR) on most of our listings. We hope you enjoy this extra aspect of the brewing process we do to allow even more people to enjoy our beer.
